Start A Campaign

How to Start-A-Campaign?

To start a campaign, click the start a sale tab on the home page, then click on start your campaign. Next, fill out the form to create your account. The system will send you an email with a verification code and link. Enter the code or click the link and use the Set Up Wizard.

How do I use the Set Up Wizard?

The Set Up Wizard is a user-friendly interface that allows you to select a store template, brand your site with a name, tagline and logo and choose the focus of your store.

Is there a minimum number of shirts that must be sold before printing?

Yes, the minimum is 15 pieces. Your commission is based on the number of shirts sold. If the campaign sells fewer than 15 shirts, we will still print your order, but the commission is 50% less.

How much can I charge for items in my store?

You can price your items for the same as they are priced in the or higher.

How long will my campaign run?

Your campaign can run for 2 to 30 days.

When do I receive payment?

Commission checks are paid on the 1st and 15th of each month.

How many campaigns can I run at one time?

You can run up to three campaigns at one time.

Is there a limit to the number of products I can print my campaign on?

There is no limit to the number of products, but you must use the same colors and layout as the original.

How much does it cost to start my own campaign?

There are no up front costs associated with starting your campaign.

How will customers receive products?

Orders will be shipped via USPS.  Standard shipping rates apply for each order.

How do I advertise my campaign? will send you a link to send to potential customers.

Accent Your Tees

How do I search for an accessory?

You can search for accessories -- or you can visit our Accent Your Tees page in order to be presented with a more robust set of options from which to choose.

Can accessories be personalized?

Yes!  You can personalize your accessories using the Design Studio.  Items which don't allow for personalization will only offer a "Buy Now" or "Add To Cart" option.

General Questions

How do I create my own store?

You can create your own store by filling out the Become An Affiliate form.  After your application is complete, you will be sent an email with directions on what to do next.

How do I become an affiliate?

Complete the Become An Affiliate form, and you will be notified by email once your Affiliate Store is ready.

How do I get wholesale bulk pricing?

Bulk pricing is available when you order at least 15 units with the same print.  Pricing varies based on volume.  See our Quotes For Bulk page to get the best price for your wholesale order.

Are there a minimum number of pieces?

There is no minimum order.

How do I run my own fundraiser?

You can raise money for your organization in one of two ways:

  1. As an affiliate, you can create fundraisers right from your own Affiliate Store with no up front costs.  You can design your tee shirts (or other apparel), and set your prices.  At the point of purchase, your customers can place their orders and pay for them directly on your Affiliate Store site.
  2. You design your shirts (or other fundraiser apparel), and order at least 15 to receive a bulk discount.  This is useful if you want to have items on hand to sell at events.

How do I receive a 10% discount on orders over $100?

All orders over $100 automatically receive a 10% discount at checkout.

How long does it take to receive an order?

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS or UPS ground, which usually takes 7-10 business days.

Is express shipping available?

Expedited shipping (delivery in 48 hours) is available for an additional fee.  Orders must be received no later than 12 noon CST for 48 hour delivery.

What payment methods does The Tee Shirt Store accept?

The Tee Shirt Store accepts all major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover) and Paypal.

Will I have to sign a contract?

You are required to digitally sign an Affiliate Agreement while completing the Become An Affiliate form -- in order to establish your Affiliate Store.

As an affiliate, will I own the copyrights on my website?

The Tee Shirt Store, Inc. retains all copyrights on all Affiliate Store web sites, however Affiliates receive commissions on all sales on their respective websites.

Is there a time limit to buy a Deal of The Day?

All Deals of The Day are available as long as they are shown online.

How do I purchase a Deal of The Day?

Select your item, along with the desired quantity, and add it to your cart for purchase.

Design On Mobile

Is my handheld device compatible with your design software?

The online mobile site is currently under construction.

Is your design studio an APP or do I log in from the website?

The Design Studio is web based, so you will need an internet connection.

How do I save my work?

Simply click on the "Save Layout" button, shown towards the bottom right corner of the Design Studio screen -- to save your designs that you'd like to continue working on at a later time.

Is there any type of software needed to use the Design Studio?

No.  Since the software is web-based, there is no need to download anything to your device.  The Design Studio can be used in any browser (Safari, Internet Explorer, Chrome).  While java is recommended for the best user experience, flash is not necessary.

Is there a bonus for sharing and post on social websites?

Social media shares will increase your odds of being chosen as a Featured Artist, as well as being featured on the front page of The Tee Shirt Store website.

Create Your Tee

How do I create a tee shirt?

Click on the blue "Go To Design Studio" button found on our Create Your Own page, the Design Studio will load and you'll be able to start designing your tee shirt.

How do I select apparel?

Click on the green "Search Merchandise" button found on our Create Your Own page, and select your area of interest. Once you're actively in our store merchandise area, you'll be able to browse our entire inventory.

How do I get a quote?

You can select the Quotes For Bulk option on our menu, or simply click here and complete the request.

How many printed colors in graphics am I allowed to use per piece?

Each item is priced to include one graphic.  The number of colors on the graphic are unlimited.

Are there any additional costs for printing additional sides of the garment?

Yes.  The price for each additional side is $3.50 respectively.

How do I have a store item embroidered?

You'll be presented with several design options, while selecting your merchandise.  If embroidery is available for your chosen merchandise, there will be a grey square with the word "embroidery" and the price to have your selection embroidered -- just click on the word "embroidery" and your item will be placed into the Design Studio with our pre-selected embroidery tool sets already activated.

How many designs can I have on one shirt?

You can have as many designs as you want on each shirt.  However, there is a charge for printing on each additional side of the garment you choose.

Open Your Store

How do I sell my art?

You can sell your artwork by becoming an affiliate of The Tee Shirt Store, and then creating your own online store.

How am I commissioned?

Commission is paid per sale.  The amount of your commission is determined by the price of each order.  You will receive 10% of all orders less than $30.  Orders totaling $30.01 or greater, pay a commission rate of 15%.

How frequent are commission payouts?

Commission payouts are direct deposited into your bank or Paypal account on the 1st and 15th each month.

How do I qualify for my FREE online store?

Simply fill out our application to open your Affiliate Store.

Am I restricted to the types of art I can carry in my store?

All artwork must be approved by The Tee Shirt Store, and we reserve the right too remove any artwork deemed obscene or otherwise inappropriate. (e.g., nudity, copyrighted materials, excessive profanity, etc...)

What will my Affiliate Store's website address be, and can I name it myself?

The address to your Affiliate Store will be located on our servers, and can be personalized: name here.

What costs do my customers pay?

You determine the cost customers pay in your store.

Can I sell more than art or your accessories?

Not at the time.

Can clients create art in my store using your design studio?

Yes. Commission will be paid for any art created through your store.

Who carries the rights to the art after it is submitted?

The Tee Shirt Store retains all rights to all submitted artwork.  However, the artist still receives commission for artwork used on any apparel.

How do I advertise my site?

You are free to advertise your site via Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or any social media platform.

Can I sell wholesale?

While we do not offer wholesale prices on individual items, we do offer a bulk discount based on volume.
